I think everyone just wants to do what they like. Sometimes they are undecided on what to venture because they have so many things they want to try and don’t know where to start. Several times, they start something but midway stops to wonder if this is a path they want to continue or they want to stir and/or dip on another flow. I hate to admit it, but I am that kind of guy.
On some days I want to focus on this game, next day I want to restore old techs, then then the next I want to write code widgets. Just a never ending cycle. I am in the point of my life wherein I ponder if the activity that I have already done is worth redoing because I don’t want to start from scratch, again.
What better way to try and solve this than logging all my activities as detailed as I can. Why will I do this you might ask. Well, on top of my head, here are my reasons:
- Provide a refresher to my future self on the processes I did on a certain activity.
- Accept feedbacks and learn from other people.
- Relate to others who experience the same spiral that I am currently in.
- Hopefully, impart knowledge on the readers who are also planning to do some things I’m planning to do.
You might also be wondering why I am calling my blog as a yarn?
To some, yarn means “spun thread used for knitting, weaving, or sewing”.
Yarn can also mean “a brief account of something interesting that happened”. I feel this is going to be a perfect narrative for this journey.
